The core of our brand monitoring is our Specially developed search algorithm. This was developed in cooperation with trade mark lawyers and IT specialists and enables periodic similarity searches. Both linguistic (phonetic) and visual overlaps are identified.
You will receive a monthly report for their documentation. This includes all relevant hits, i.e. potentially harmful trade mark applications in identical or overlapping cases, Nice classes*.
The monthly report can be extended by relevant hits in relevant search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo).
